Voice of Needy Foundation (VNF) is a disability development organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable communities. Our mission is to create an inclusive society where individuals with disabilities can live with dignity, independence, and equal opportunities.

At VNF, we work towards building an environment that enables persons with disabilities to lead a quality and self-reliant life through sustainable livelihood opportunities and community participation. Our programs focus especially on underserved rural communities in the northern regions of Karnataka, where access to disability support services remains limited.

Early Intervention Programs

Through our Early Intervention Programs, we support children from underprivileged communities—particularly slum dwellers—who are affected by malnutrition, developmental delays, and physical disabilities. Early support helps children reach their developmental milestones and improves their chances for a healthier future.

Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR)

A key component of our work is Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR), an approach that empowers persons with disabilities by ensuring access to healthcare, education, livelihood opportunities, and social inclusion within their communities. Community Based Rehabilitation focuses on improving quality of life and ensuring equal participation of persons with disabilities in society through collaboration between communities, families, and institutions.

Government Entitlements

Through this program, VNF facilitates persons with disabilities in accessing vital government entitlements. By connecting beneficiaries with both State and Central Government initiatives, we bridge the gap for:

  • Disability Certificates
  • Welfare Schemes
  • Financial Assistance
  • Rehabilitation Support

By working closely with communities, local authorities, and stakeholders, the Voice of Needy Foundation strives to empower persons with disabilities, reduce barriers, and promote an inclusive and equitable society for all.
